Returns & Exchanges

We accept both current season and sale items in any condition for return or exchange. We can only process refunds within 60 days of the purchase. We do not set a time limit on exchanges. We ask that returns for fit or color be made in a timely manner and that items be kept in new condition with tags attached. Returns and exchanges can be sent back using our self-serve returns portal to get a prepaid shipping label. Exchanges or returns for store credit are free. Refunds include an $8.00 return shipping cost that will be deducted from your refund and applied to your original form of payment.

The gift of corduroy from Patagonia Bend

My spouse loves Patagonia Organic Cotton Corduroy pants. The material is soft and strong and beautiful. The fit is perfect for her - long legs, narrow in the hips. She has a few pairs in two different colors and was longing for a pair in the one color missing from her wardrobe - Topsoil Brown. Mothership Patagonia was sold out of Topsoil Brown in her size. None of our local purveyors in the SF Bay Area had Topsoil Brown in her size. A DuckDuckGo internet search took me to Patagonia Bend. What a wonderful operation! They had the pants in the right color and size and were happy to sell them to me. I had the pants within just a couple of days. I've always loved Patagonia products but after this five-star shopping experience I will be checking with Patagonia Bend when I'm looking for new Patagonia products.

Excellent fit with a bit more room through the leg than a Joes skinny cord. Definitely more of a jeans feel wearing them than soft Japanese cord material but happy w them
