Return Policy
Products purchased on the Patagonia Bend website need to be returned within 60 days to be eligible for a return or exchange. The original proof of purchase is required. To begin the return process, bring it in to our store or navigate to https://patagonia-bend.loopreturns.com/#/ for a $5.00 printable return shipping label. The $5.00 will be deducted from your refund or merchandise credit. Refunds will be issued once the item is received and funds take 3~5 business days to show up on your account. Exchanges get free shipping both ways.

We're a locally owned Patagonia partner shop that opened in May 2003. Some long-time Bend locals will remember that it was named Pandora’s Backpack for our first few years. In 2006 it shifted to become one of the first independent Patagonia shops in the country.
