International Shipping
As a Patagonia Partner store, we cannot accept or process any international orders. We can only ship to US based addresses and APO/FPO addresses.
Return Policy
Products purchased on the Patagonia Bend website need to be returned within 60 days to be eligible for a return or exchange. The original proof of purchase is required. To begin the return process, bring it into our store or navigate to patagoniabend.com/returns for a prepaid printable return shipping label. $8.00 will be deducted from your refund or merchandise credit. Refunds will be issued once the item is received, and it takes 3~5 business days for your bank to make the funds available again on your account. Exchanges get free shipping both ways.

We're a locally owned Patagonia partner shop that opened in May 2003. Some long-time Bend locals will remember that it was named Pandora’s Backpack for our first few years. In 2006 it shifted to become one of the first independent Patagonia shops in the country.
