Return & Exchange Policy
In-Store Returns
We want you to be totally stoked with the purchase of your item(s). If you are not satisfied, you can return your item(s) to the store for a refund or store credit within 60 days of purchase. The original proof of purchase is required. We are only able to issue store credit for items purchased on the Patagonia Corporate website and Patagonia Corporate Retail stores.
In-Store Exchanges
Our Exchange policy is simple. Just return the item to the store with the original proof of purchase and that amount will be applied as credit to any new item(s).
Online Returns
Products purchased on the Patagonia Bend website need to be returned within 60 days to be eligible for a return, store credit, or exchange. The original proof of purchase is required. To begin the return process, bring it in to our store or go to https://patagonia-bend.loopreturns.com/ for a $5.00 printable return shipping label. The cost will be deducted from your refund or merchandise credit.
Price Adjustment
We know how much of a bummer it is to purchase something only for it to go on sale the next day, so products purchased 7 days before a sale can qualify for a price adjustment. This only applies to items purchased on patagoniabend.com and in person at our store in Bend.
Corporate Returns
Products purchased on the Patagonia Corporate website or from Patagonia Corporate Retail stores will need to be returned back to Patagonia Corporate for a full refund. Please view the Patagonia Corporate Return process at:

We are happy to facilitate an exchange or store credit in the store. The original proof of purchase is required. We are not able to process Patagonia Pro orders.
Warranty & Repair

Patagonia guarantees everything they make. If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, return it to the store you bought it from or to Patagonia for a repair, replacement or refund. Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge.
Repair Process
In-store repairs include patching, zipper repairs, and most broken snaps. For more comprehensive repairs, items are sent to the Repair Center in Reno, NV. It’s one of the largest apparel repair facilities in the United States. The average repair turnaround time is approximately 6 to 8 weeks. Most items are repairable. If an item is deemed unrepairable, we will contact you about your options. Always clean the item before submitting it for repair. Please note we are unable to accept waders and wetsuits in our store. Worn Wear
How Does Trade-In Work?
We accept quality used Patagonia items that function perfectly and are in good condition. In exchange for your Patagonia gear, you will receive Merchandise Credit for the Worn Wear program. You may use this credit in-store, online at Patagonia.com and Wornwear.com.
What Product Do We Accept?
We accept a wide array of Patagonia technical and sportswear product in Men's, Women's, Kids and Baby. Patagonia luggage is also accepted as part of the Worn Wear program. Some exclusion apply. Please call our store for more details.
What Happens to the Product You Trade In?
We send all trade-in items to Patagonia’s Distribution Center in Reno, Nevada where they’re cleaned using a water and energy saving CO2 process. After being cleaned these items are uploaded to Wornwear.com where you can shop other traded-in items.
